Accessibility Statement

Acklam Black Ltd wants everyone of legal drinking age to be able to enjoy our website, whatever device they use and whatever their needs. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

1. What we're doing

• Writing in clear, plain English.
• Adding text descriptions to images and captions to videos.
• Making sure you can use the Site with a keyboard alone and with screen readers.
• Checking that text stands out clearly against our dark brand colours.
• Making sure pages work when you zoom in up to 200%, and on mobile.
• Designing our age check and cookie banner so that everyone can complete them.

2. Known issues

Some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. For example, some older images may be missing descriptions, and some embedded social media content is controlled by those platforms. We are working to fix these.

3. Tell us if something doesn't work

If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or need information in another format, please email hello@acklamblack.com. Tell us the page and the problem, and we'll reply within five working days. We'll do our best to help you, or provide the content another way.

We review the Site's accessibility regularly, and we'll update this statement as we make improvements.
